I've been living in Westmont for a while now, and I recommend avoiding this location if possible. Instead, head to the one on Ogden, Clarendon Hills, or even the Plainfield location off 75th. Even with a mobile order that I placed 20 minutes in advance, I still found that 5-6 cars received their food before me. Additionally, on March 26, the drive-thru worker—a guy with dark hair—took a picture of our car's license plate. I'm not sure why that happened. On a positive note, I've had better experiences when the older lady with gray hair is on duty; she's always very friendly and helpful.
I give this place 5 stars whenever Bobby is on shift—he's truly a gem! I was at the drive-thru, and although he was working inside, he recognized me as a regular in the mornings and came outside to greet me. I really appreciated it, and his friendly demeanor is what keeps me returning in the mornings. Unfortunately, he got reprimanded for stepping outside to chat with me, but honestly, it’s his warm, welcoming, and outgoing personality that makes me come back. He sets an excellent standard for what all staff should aspire to be.
Don’t bother placing a mobile order and picking it up. They’ll get it wrong and you’ll have to check your bag and ask for all missing things/drinks, despite having it spelt out in your order. My order was simple and for one person with no modifications, just a dipping sauce selection. I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t check anything.

If you enjoy taking risks, this is the ideal spot for you. Whether you place your order via the mobile app, drive-thru, or in person, it doesn’t really matter—you often won’t receive what you ordered. There's a 70% chance they’ll get it wrong.
I can't say enough great things about this place! As we approached, a staff member noticed us—me juggling a baby and trying to manage my four-year-old. They were incredibly helpful right from the start!

The restaurant was extremely dirty, and I witnessed employees using profanity in front of customers. They want to be paid more than $9 an hour, but it seems you get what you pay for.
I used the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the food was cold.
