BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION If you decide to use drive thru they send 3 cars from the right lane to every 1 car in the left. And it pisses me off extremely bad sitting there waiting to have my order taken and seeing 3 people WHO ARRIVED AFTER ME GET THEIRS TAKEN FIRST. Absolutely disgusting service. Why even open a second lane. They get orders wrong almost on a constant. Literally every time I have been here at least one thing has been wrong with my order. Second time in three days I have been asked to pull aside to wait for iced coffees. Tuesday around 5pm waited 20 minutes while everyone around me received their orders. Same thing tonight pull up iced coffee will be ready in 2 minutes. Sat there 15 min waiting again while everyone around me got their orders. Worst service ever. This is not new for this location. The drive-thru is a royal mess. Its almost never quick, and they've screwed up my order a few times. Inside is OK.. it is usually a little messy...tables not clean.. people NEVER seem to be at the cash to help the elderly... so they are just left standing around.. Prices increased, quality decreased. At least since 202 if not earlier. MC D;s has fallen much like the other franchises, though not as sharply. Their QC needs to be applied to the new franchisees, who care little about quality and service. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
