They ask you to park, and then they bring your food out to you. But after waiting ten minutes, it doesn't feel like fast food anymore! There was one time when they completely lost my order, and I had to get out of my car and go inside to show my receipt. Once I did that, I had to wait all over again. Now, I just refuse to leave my spot until they bring me my entire order.
I gave this McD's a 3-star review some time back but it has definitely improved! The overall staff vibe is much better these days and the quality and accuracy of orders is much improved. It has become my go-to McD around here, both with the app and in-person.
Got chicken nuggets, Big Mac, and my all time favorite—the strawberry banana smoothie. Slow service, always a wait, but really nice and polite employees.
My husband and granddaughter had quarter pounders and went on and on about how they were the freshest and best they have ever had. We'll be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had to visit this McDonald's for my mother, and it's definitely one of the least popular locations in Castro Valley. I recommend avoiding it.
What is the point of placing a mobile order if it's not ready 20 minutes later when I get there? I had to wait in a pick-up spot.
