I went there during a very blustery evening and the kid was real nice in the Drive-Thru we could barely hear each other because of the wind however when I got my food it was not fresh.... the Filet-O-Fish sandwiches seem to be just heated up not actually cooked to order the filet inside the sandwich was sunken down not plump and hot.... Was so disappointed.... Had already got up to my hotel room and was ready to eat...... Fries had been sitting too... Usually they're crispy... Not this time.....
Service is terrible. At 8:20 there was no working coffee machine, so we weren’t even asked if we want cold coffee, we’ve just got itinstead of our order. “Our machine is broken so take frappe”. I would rather return money if I had a chance but there’s no such an option.
The reason it gets one star is the staff have absolutely horrible service I waited 10 minutes for one hash brown and 5 minutes for her to come back and take my order when she walked away from me as I was about to place

I had to wait 45 minutes in the drive-thru, and the staff had a terrible attitude. It was clear they didn't care about customer service or the quality of the food they were handing out.
OMG, it was terrible! My boyfriend ordered iced coffee, iced tea, and French fries through the drive-thru. OHHH SURPRISE, the bag had ketchup in it, but no fries!
At 6pm on 02/15/24, a female employee assisted me in getting my mobile order, very fast and her attitude was very nice.

This crew was slammed Christmas night and handled it phenomenally!
