I just ordered in the drive thru and i said extra pickles and he put no pickles and for fries i ordered a medium fries its not even ful they only put half way.My husband ordered ice caramel coffee with extra caramel and light on ice but they hella ice andit taste just water
I usually only order drinks at this restaurant now because they consistently get my food order wrong, even when I stick to the basic menu without making any special requests. It's not an exaggeration; this happens every single time.

Everything was SOOO SALTY! Ive never had problems with my order until today. Burger patty fries were super salty, everything was completely inedible! I couldnt finish it!
I paid $4.69 for a full Mango Pineapple Smoothie not almost full. Also did not receive the straws as requested.
Food is good as always, literally only mistake was a deinkkix up which is super easy to mistake
