No toilet seat cover in the men's restroom for 5 days and no apologies. Stale apple fritters and difficulties when alternative to replace them requested. Hopefully with more people speaking up,customer service will benefit. Contacting the corporation has indeed been received well.
Got a great deal for free McNuggets through the McDonald?s app and just needed to go to the store for pick up. They remodelled awhile back (I?ve lived in Berkeley for well over 10 years) and it?s really nice inside. They have bar stools by the windows foryou to sit or tables as well. There?s a touchscreen kiosk to order inside if you don?t feel like talking to people or you canorder at the cashier. I think a manager was helping me with my order but I?m not sure, I didn?t get her name. She was nice andpleasant. I went in around noon on a Sunday and it wasn?t busy at all. Normally I order through this store on DoorDash andthose orders have all been 10/10 no issues.
Another solid McDonalds to visit when you need food in a hurry. All our items came out just how we asked. The restaurant was super clean too! Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, parking was a big pain and the area around attracts people that can tend to be quite bothersome so do your best to get your food and get going. Overall, a solid place to get a Big Mac .
Horrible food, with horrible health consequences, made by a horrible Corporation, unfortunately hiring unfortunate people who they under pay and don't promote, this place in all places like it should be shut down, and boycott her forever. Okay now I feel like a Big Mac.

They literally have it done to a science. Atmosphere is bad because homeless people wizards) chill out inside, sometimes they are scary. One time moe had some of my grimace shake, and he threw up. And staff got made at him, and told him to leave, and it made me sad :
When the employees are overwhelmed with work and the orders are taking longer and longer is time to replace the managers. I felt bad for the workers who were running around . Managers do a better job.
Best place to eat in any situation. The McDonald’s app is revolutionary and the deals it offers are unparalleled! I am a McDonald’s lover for life.
I've been a biggie Mac fan ever since I was 3 years old only able to eat half. I was so proud and happy when I came out.

The service is kind of shaky, there was this one time they forgot to give me the fries. Food is good quality though.
