Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

During my first visit in mid-February for a late lunch, I had the freshest and most delicious Quarter Pounder with Cheese from McDonald's. The wait time at the drive-thru was minimal and everything seemed to be perfect. However, my next visit on 4/1 for breakfast was a terrible experience. Only two lanes were open, and both were moving slowly when I arrived. I waited at the order window while three cars ahead of me placed their orders and moved on, completely ignoring me. Ordering here in the store is no good.... You use touch screens instead of talking to an actual human to take your order at the counter and POS system.... if you use the app, you can get discounts and upload it to the touch screen, but pay higher prices with no app.When it's busy, it takes a long time to get your food. There is a language barrier with the employees the majority of the time I have been there and other customers have also noticed. No clue why you cannot walk in and place your order with a person anymore.....

The restaurant's computerized system was difficult to navigate and frustrating. After placing our order on the screen, we were prompted to choose between paying with cash or credit and then directed to a separate counter to pay. This process was confusing and inconvenient. The Big Mac we ordered had the patty on the bottom instead of the top, which was disappointing. Overall, it took an hour from ordering to receiving our food, which was a lengthy wait.

Worst McDonald's ever. Horrible service. They pull you I to a mobile ordering station(which has tons of ads on how to use their mobile order and pay) to wait for your drive thru order. Only ordered two McDoubles and waited for 20 mins!

I had to order at a kiosk at the drive-thru, as they don't accept cash. There was a long line, making it a frustrating experience. I prefer to place my order with a person at a table and pay with cash.

This McDonald's has the longest wait time compared to any other location. Be prepared to be directed to their drive-through parking spots and wait for over 20 minutes for your order.
