It would be nice if they actually cooked the bacon properly so I wouldn't have to ask for well-cooked bacon every morning. If I don’t ask, it often seems like it’s not cooked at all. Sometimes the bread is hard, as if it was stale before being toasted, and the hash browns taste overly greasy and saturated. I get McDonald’s every day for breakfast, and the quality keeps getting worse. I also have to wait in line, and when I reach the second window, they tell me to pull forward to the third window. I easily spend around $70 a week. During my last visit to McDonald's, the employee taking my order was quite rude. I asked for a simple hamburger with only mustard and onions, but she didn't understand and I had to keep explaining what I didn’t want. Then she sighed in annoyance and told me to stop saying what I didn’t want and instead focus on what I did want, which was exactly what I had already explained. When I reached the payment window, a man took over, and I assumed she didn’t want to deal with me anymore. He was also unpleasant because I hadn’t mentioned my barcode coupon at the order box. Because of this price hike, I've found myself going there less frequently. If I was getting the iced tea, I would often treat myself to ice cream or fries, but now I just skip it altogether. Their tea, which I feel should cost much less, is now priced too high. I sound a bit bitter, don’t I? I guess I am, because this seems like pure greed. The cost of making iced tea hasn’t changed, while I understand that soft drinks may be more expensive due to branding and shipping costs.

The service at this restaurant during the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends is truly terrible. No one ever answers the drive-thru speaker, and you end up having to drive up to the window, where it takes a while for someone to assist you. The staff is often unfriendly, and the food is consistently served cold. However, the morning crew is somewhat better; they respond to the speaker promptly, have the food ready, and occasionally remember to thank you.

The staff working at night really need to be replaced. They consistently mess up orders and seem to find it amusing. They give you less than what you ordered and charge you extra, which feels like outright theft. They come off as miserable and envious. I’m willing to give them one more chance, but if things don’t improve, I’ll be reporting this to corporate. If my connections have any say in it, they might find themselves applying for jobs at Wendy's.
There was no one at the order window, so I drove up to the pay window and no one was there either. Two cars were behind me as well. I then went to the last window and was told I had to get back in line! This was happening in Missouri, so I decided to go somewhere else instead. They should have taken my order, but they didn’t. Frustrating!
During my late-night visit to the drive-thru on September 19th, I encountered the friendliest woman! We had a nice chat while I was waiting for my fries, which were perfectly cooked. She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding service. Thanks for maintaining such high quality!
I really enjoy both dining and working at this place. The food is consistently fresh, and I highly recommend it!
