Question Ronald Mc Donald!! How do you sit in thedrive-thru for almost 20 minutes and receive not just cold but ice cold fries? You do what the employees do at this location do! Racial profile your customers! You as a group all look at the customer whojust drove up and if you don't like the color of their skin...you hand them a bag of food that's been intentionally left in thecold waiting just for them. At this location it's what African Americans get!! 10 cars behind me 10 cars in from of me. Icecold fries......? Also both my cheeseburgers were ice cold cold cheese cold patties cold everything. Racial profiling! Now at atmc Donalds! But NOT a limited time
I bought a hazelnut ice coffee and it was the worse i have ever bought in a McDonald's.Well to start I feel like this location needs better training in the drive thru, not only they take forever plus infinity, their attitude is depressing and the ice coffees are horrible made. Like I mentioned i bought a hazelnut ice coffee and when I got it i thought looked a little too light but I thought it was because it wasnt shaked. To my surprise after driving off I shaked it and drink some and the taste was there but so did a lot of milk and no coffee at all. Horrible I threw away my $3.00
I opted for the drive-thru since there wasn't a mobile app available. This location is more accommodating for cash payments and didn't push me to use a card. While they primarily accept card payments, I appreciated the option. I ordered a large frappuccino, which took a little longer to prepare, but it was worth the wait because they served up fresh hot fries.
Not very friendly aside from them taking long to give you your order they can't even add salt, pepper, ketchup or napkins. Had to get off and ask and they only gave me a package of salt and pepper 1 ketchup and 1 napkin.

Horrible. This is easily the worst McDonalds in Downey. Kids are rude af and consistently mess up orders. They give you major attitude when you ask them to correct. Go to the South Gate or Paramount blvd location.
Bad! Oatmeal was horrible, just water and nothing else! No spoon, no toppings. Mcmu6 had egg shells. Really bad service. Will never go back to this location again!
I like that they have 2 for $3 deals on items like the McChicken and McDouble. The fries were fresh, although their consistency can be a bit hit or miss at times.
Wow, so impressed, although it was very crowded, got in and out rather fast. Thank you to the folks working there, I am sure they are feeling the pressure.

I consistently encounter problems with my order at this McDonald's, regardless of the time I visit. It's quite frustrating and leaves me shaking my head.
I thought I would be quicker if I order before on app. It would have been the same time in car. It's McDonald's foods always the same..
