I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The young boy who took our order and payment this morning was incredibly respectful and communicated well. I was pleasantly surprised, especially considering how poor customer service has been at other places lately. Additionally, the guy who served our food was fantastic! Great job, everyone! Oh, and the food itself was excellent too!
I had an issue with my order that caused a delay of about 20 minutes. Despite this, the employee who delivered my food and the manager who spoke with me were both very kind and professional. To make up for the mistake, they gave me an extra sandwich and three additional hash browns. Mistakes are understandable—we’re all human—but it’s how they’re handled that counts. Well done to the whole team!
This restaurant was fantastic! The food was served hot and tasted delicious! I didn’t have to wait at the second window because my order was ready by the time I reached the drive-thru, which took about a minute. I arrived right at noon, expecting a large crowd, but there was only one person in front of me and one behind. The staff was very friendly, too!
Having managed a McDonald's restaurant for 13 years, I seldom award 5-star ratings. However, I’m happy to make an exception for this location. The quality, service, and cleanliness here truly deserve top marks. My food consistently arrives hot and fresh. Running a restaurant like this is no easy task—kudos to the team! My husband and I visit this restaurant for breakfast twice a week on our way to work. We really value the mobile app for convenient pickup. The service is consistently fast!
The staff member who took our order at the drive-thru was outstanding. Our order was accurate and served hot. The only downside was that we received no napkins.
