The iconic Golden Arches, visited by billions all over the world. One upon a time I even worked at one! This location, Located on Fair Oaks Blvd near Manzanita, is always busy. The location serves the same McDonald's fare as the rest. The food, service,and business is good. Location is very busy, the lot the restaurant sits on is quite small with limited parking. I orderedthrough the drive through this trip and was asked to pull around to a wait area as my food was still being made. The wait wasshort and my Lunch was hot and fresh. I have been yo this location at peak times, plan for a bit more time to park or go throughthe drive thru que if that is the case.
You call this a McDonald’s? I’ve visited many McDonald’s and I’ve had nothing but bad experiences lately. Forgetting why I don’t come to this McDonald’s, I waited 15 minutes for a breakfast mobile order today even though it was saying “now serving” for the order, as it was marked as ready! . And later today, I ordered two sodas because how can they screw up sodas? and sure enough, they served me almost flat sodas in the drive thru. The franchise owner here doesn’t care about giving good service.
First and foremost- ICE CREAM MACHINE DOWN FOR OVER A MONTH. There is no reason for this billion dollar company inconveniencing their customers like this. I hope they lose that 900 million dollar suit which at this point? Seems justified. Side not- thislocation is continually extremely slow. Did I mention how ridiculous it is that the ice cream machine is never working? Horriblebusiness per usual McDonald?s, thanks a lot
The workers are incredibly rude. One of the. Workers shoved our food to us and our fry fell on the floor and the worker just left. When we wanted to order our fry that fell, it took really long for it to be ready.For breakfast they served a cold hash brown and gave me a small portion of scrambled eggs on the homestyle breakfast meal.

If your mobile app isn't working properly, I suggest turning it off. I parked in the mobile order area for 20 minutes without any assistance. Afterward, I went inside and waited another 5 minutes before someone finally attended to my order. To make matters worse, they altered my order without my approval.
Went inside to avoid wasting gas. Took twice as long.Young man could barely take my order twice I requested chicken Happy meal he kept trying to order a crispy chicken sand wich. Didn't seem to recognize a happy meal.. McDonald's what are you doing ifhe's not trained should he be taking orders.
Got my niece a happy meal at 5pm on Saturday and the fries were completely rock hard, my niece was very upset and after I tried to eat a few I was as well! The burger was cold and slightly hard on the bun and the fries completely hard! So sad that everyestablishment is going for 1 star?
I won't be going back to this McDonald's. I double checked with the person at the window that it had the condiments I asked for. She said it contained them. Prices up and service is down at this McDonald's. And wrong kind of egg in my big breakfast. It wasnot good.

The drive through line was long. I opted for inside instead hoping it was faster. It was! It's a 50 50 hit or miss going inside. Glad my luck was on the great side today.Food was out in a few minutes. It tasted fantastic. Thank you to the crew!
Plz do not go to this place one of the most disgusting and disrespectful McDonalds I've ever been too who ever hired these people should be fired and the McDonald corporate should shut this place down.
