I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service. Even the manager, Teresa McMurray, was disrespectful, using inappropriate language and treating customers rudely, with no consequences for her behavior. When the chef attempted to address the issues, he was told everything was fine, while staff members openly stated that nothing had actually been accomplished. An employee even suggested that the chief administrator address the behavior of the other manager and staff when they are rude or unresponsive to patrons. Overall, the management on the floor needs a complete overhaul.
Overall, the restaurant is quite good most of the time. However, they sometimes seem to get a bit careless, particularly with Uber Eats orders. There’s a recurring issue where they forget items, which is more frequent with delivery. For instance, I once paid for a quarter pounder (which isn't cheap) and they completely left it out. On the plus side, they are really quick and nearly always get your order right.
This McDonald’s has nice service when running in the daylight hours. However, it’s listed as being open 24 7 and it definitely isn’t. I drive by last night around 10:47pm and the entire store was completely blacked out. Not a single light on. I’ve also tried to pick up Uber orders from there just for them to be rejected.
This McDonald's is the worst I've ever experienced. Staff is rude, service takes forever and the food is never hot. Better yet, most of the food I've ordered here was inedible, most of it tasted funny and was cold. Please don't waste your time with these idiots.

I had a perfectly cooked fish sandwich, and the drive-thru staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant! The service was also impressively quick. However, the cheese slice was only a quarter the size of a regular sandwich slice!
waited in this line for what felt like 3 hours, was actually 1 sprite was NOT McDonald's sprite, it was simply carbonated water. I placed the order through the app only to have to go inside, then through the line.
Worst McDonald’s ever. The workers are very unprofessional. They curse loud in the back, no hair nets and don’t come to work. Just ghetto.
I waited 20 minutes only to be served cold food, and the staff were very rude. I won’t be spending my money here again.

Friendly people serve well-prepared food, and they handle the drive-through lines efficiently.
