Meal Of The Day Cafe

We hope to dine in once it is available, this is an absolutely adorable mom and pop type family place right on Lake St. My daughter attends Loyola and has been wanting to try their steak tacos. We called in and explained we are gluten free and diary free. My daughter did get her steak tacos with added rice. I ordered chicken enchiladas with added black beans. We were both very happy with our meals and look forward to going back. The hostess was very kind and helpful with our allergy needs. Enjoy!!!

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in (Eisenhower Tower . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your dining experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had in a while. Highly recommend!

A truly charming restaurant! The food is quick and full of flavor, with generous portions offered at a reasonable price. It felt like I was dining in a friend's home. The staff were warm and eager to accommodate, making me feel like part of their family. Food: 5/5.
