The last 3 times I've ate here it has been male staff only.This was not always the case and Im curious what changed. With a staff of 14 plus that is pretty unique for a nice sit down restaurant. You won't find another restaurant in Oxford with the same amount of staff and not a single female.I was in the restaurant business 20 years and have never seen this before. The odds that a person has been fired or not hired for being a female have to be through the roof. I smell a lawsuit there.You should boycott any restaurant that is biased against females. If there were no female cops in a police department you would call it misogynistic. You would do the same if there were no female soldiers. But...
