Their gluten free bread is the best I've had. It has great flavor and texture. It is dense compared to the regular stuff but that's to be expected. This bread makes me want to eat bread...all day. This is how good their gf bread tastes. I ordered tomato soup and a side of toast from one of my favorite lunch spots and the bread was served warm and buttered. It was soft and tasted a bit sweet like sour dough. I was shocked. Hours later I couldn't get it off my mind I mean you go years without a delicious bread substitute and you'll understand so I called the restaurant and asked if I could buy a loaf. We partnered with Melrose Baking Company to create samples for our company's Natural Expo West presentation. Meyenberg is our company, and they made our goat cheddar crackers using the goat milk butter and goat cheddar we provided. The team at Melrose Baking Company was fantastic to collaborate with! They sent samples to make sure the recipe turned out just right. The cheddar crackers were a major success at Expo West. Additionally, they delivered the crackers directly to our hotel in Anaheim, which was incredibly convenient. I would definitely consider using their services again for future events or for Expo West next year!
I'm thrilled to see my favorite bakery making a comeback just as our catering business is bouncing back from the pandemic. We've been loyal customers ever since they provided us with fresh pretzel buns for a hamburger wedding years ago. The client was so pleased that they referred us for a larger event with nearly 500 local police officers and their friends. I can't wait to work with them again soon!
My coworkers introduced me to Melrose Baking Company, they had gone over there and brought back a variety of muffins, sour dough bread, squaw baguette and everything was delicious. Today I went by myself and picked up blueberry muffins, Challah, sour dough bread and hamburger buns. Everything is so delicious. I highly recommend giving them a try. You will be glad you did.

This wholesale bakery has a fantastic selection of different breads, all of which are delicious. Without a doubt, this is the best baguette I’ve ever tasted.
