I ordered a half sheet cake for my granddaughter 's baptism over a month ago called on Friday to confirm that it would be ready for Sunday. Sent my sister to pick it up and there was NO CAKE! The girl who answered the phone on Friday said I called to inquire, I called to confirm. I would never use this bakery again. They whipped up a day old, stale cake that wasn 't very good. About 2 weeks ago my sister purchased a chocolate cake covered with chocolate sprinkles. She brought it to my house.. The cake was so stale I could not believe they sold it to her. I was so embarrassed because I told her to go there.. They have some nerve selling a cake that old especially how expensive cakes are nowadays. Mike accommodated a late evening delivery (after he was home from work, came back to pick up the cake to deliver it! without question, making my sister's birthday! The staff was so kind when I called in the evening asking if they could deliver a birthday cake that night. I could not imagine any other bakery going out of their way to help their customer the way Mike did. Thank you!!!!!

We ordered a tree log shaped cake, and Mike, the baker, truly excelled. When I first showed him the picture, he revealed that it was an award-winning design that can be quite challenging to execute. Nevertheless, I persuaded him to attempt it, and the outcome was remarkable—exactly like the photo! Thank you, Mike!

My boss retired after 43 yes of service, we had a small get together for him and ordered the cake from mike and the staff at Merritt bakery. Words can't describe how awesome this cake was. I would highly recommend mike and his staff at Merritt bakery to anyone.
Delicious gluten free cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies. They can make any cake gf, I am so excited. The best part is that they are not crazy expensive like a lot of other bakeries!

Merritt bakery makes the best cake and cookies. Pastries are amazing. I ordered an Elmo cake for kids birthday party. Everyone loved it and was all gone.
