Loved it! Food was fresh and delicious! They don't serve alcohol so if you want a drink BYO. The waitress was lovely, food was quick and yum! Fried rice, vege tempura and sushi were delicious.Gyoza, edamame, agedashi tofu and miso were nice, sashimi was good but they had ran out of salmon which was a bit disappointing but the tuna was good!Very impressed and would definitely go back again! Not too overpriced either which is always good

This restaurant in the heart of North Hobart (Elizabeth St) is fantastic. The interior is very Japanese and has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are excellent - the lady even offered complimentary post-dessert teas because they were missing one topping for the Green Tea Ice Cream. The Chicken Teriyaki, Miso Soup, and Tempura Mix are all highly recommended, as is the authentic green tea dessert with a delicious wafer biscuit.

Came across Midori Japanese Kitchen while looking for lunch while working in North Hobart. Wonderful venue decorated with Japanese lanterns and artwork. Service was friendly and the food delightful. It was freshly cooked so my order took a little longer to get to me. But it was worth the wait. Well presented and flavoursome tasty just the way I like it! I highly recommend this place.

The food is delightful and satisfying. We ordered the following dishes: - Vegetarian set: Bento box with rice, tofu, tempura vegetables, seaweed, lettuce, corn salad, and two vegetable spring rolls. Split. . . But I like it.. I have had 2 different experiences here. First was for lunch, the waitress was rude. but the food was quick and really nice. The next was for dinner, there was a different waitress this time and she was very polite and welcoming. The food both times was really good.

I love this place. I have visited many times and have never been disappointed. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. The service is always friendly. This restaurant is definitely worth a try and should be on your list.

We had a lovely late lunch here, with great service and very tasty food! I loved the flavour of the eggplant so much!Be aware though that the portions are on the medium-small side.The decor is very cute

Well priced bento sets and is enough for an average eater. The sashimi is fresh. Restaurant is nicely decorated. Friendly staff and good service. Worth going again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Awesome sushi at a really good price! I had the California roll and a prawn roll and both were spot on! 6 really big, really fresh rolls for $25

Really good. I’d skip the ramen and go straight for the spider roll. It’s off the charts!
