They don't tell you when they are out of ingredients so you get a half sandwich for full price and they don't add extras.I appreciate Milios for responding to this review. However, responding with a link to their website asking for a report is not a good response. When you click through it asks for details one can not provide easily three weeks later. I don't remember the exact date and time I was there now, it's been three weeks! On top of this, I have written this review after this has happened multiple times. Four times to be exact over the span of four months. It has become a common enough issue that I just won't go to this location.
I really want to like Milio's and have given them multiple chances, but they have gotten my order wrong so many times I just can't justify going there anymore. If you go to the Verona store, do not go through the drive-thru. Make sure you go inside and watch as they are making your sandwich. That's the only way you can really be sure you'll get the right order.
I ordered an Italian sub, but what I received was a BLT that I’m fairly certain wasn’t freshly made. It had a few limp pieces of lettuce, nearly raw bacon, and not much of it overall. I found the $10 price outrageous. My husband took a picture, but unfortunately, he deleted it. The sub was pretty unappetizing.
We like to eat at Milo's however, this is the first time the sandwiches were obnoxiously salty. We both commented that they were very salty. I had the American favorite ham and she had the Italian Classic I think. Really bad.

My husband ordered the #17, which is one of our favorites. Today, the ingredients were excellent, but the bread tasted like it was a day old. We were quite disappointed. Usually, your subs are exceptional.
Do not order delivery, my order is an hour late and I was told that they had no idea of a time and couldn’t do anything about it what a scam
Good local sub shop. Fantastic chicken thai soup! Hit the spot during a hard day of work. Parking: Free strip mall parking lot
Second sub: I don't have muchpositive to say about it. It was edible.Sub was just okay.
