In contrast to some previous visits to other restaurants within this quality chain of steakhouses, our experience at the Newbury Park restaurant was incredibly disappointing. My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to the chateaubriand steak which is intended for sharing. When it arrived, we wondered why it was so small and didn’t look like the cut we were expecting. It would have been helpful if we’d been served with plates beforehand, as the steak was cooling off quite rapidly whilst we waited for the plates to arrive. This wasn’t a good start! An excellent restaurant, food very good ,ambiance is great always very clean.All staff members very friendly but if you are lucky enough to be served by Alyssa you will be in for a special treat. She greets all diners in a very friendly and efficient manner, is always attentive to diners needs and nothing is to much for her to make your visit a pleasure .A great place to dine Highly recommended

Excellent food and nice surroundings. Great and friendly service from waitress Melissa. We usually dine here at least once a fortnight.

Plenty of parking, good steaks , menu a bit limited bland, deserts disappointing. Service good but kitchen struggles to keep up.
