Milo's Hamburgers - Reserva de mesa

We've been eating Milo's burgers since 1989 and the fries received today were so salty that they had to be thrown away. Furthermore, in the drive-thru, our order was missing a regular Milo's burger which apparently must have been placed in someone else's bag instead of our bag. Instead of grabbing our burger we were made to pull up and wait on a new burger while our food got cold. This will not stop me from visiting a Milo's but it's unfair to place new employees in the drive-thru without support. $42 for 4 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks is too expensive to be cold and overly salty.

I love the people at this Milo's on Academy Drive Bessemer Alabama these people know me when I walk in they're fixing my food as I'm walking in because they know what I eat best number five combo of any restaurant. I love these people. From Ms Raven to Mr Justin and all the other staff that they work together. Great atmosphere. Everyday!

Not sure why I try to order online, doesn’t save any time. Every time I placed and order, given a pick up time, and I usually arrive a minute or two after that time, and they haven’t started the order. Need to change their sign that says, save time, skip the line and order online.

Big shout out to Ms. J and Marlon! In a world where customer service and a smile is almost nonexistent this location is always on point. Marlon is always so pleasant and gives excellent customer service. He has a definite bright future coming his way. Keep up the great work! Reserva una mesa ahora

I gave Milo's 5 stars because I LOVE Milo's cheeseburgers. But just like every other restaurant and grocery store today, it costs SO MUCH. This economy (thanks to Bidenomics) is ridiculous.

Very very nice manager. I walked in for an order placed through the app and she had them make it fresh right then for me. It’s very clean and everyone was very friendly.

This location was spotless. Health rating was 100. Service was quick. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back!
