RUINED my sons Baptism party. Please read all details and think twice about holding an event here. We had my sons Baptism here recently and prior to this we met with the owner of the restaurant to plan for the day so everything would run smoothly. We had about 36 people plus children. Upon getting there, they couldn?t even light my candles, pick up the balloons that had fallen as decoration. We had an open bar, people were getting charged drinks! We had to ask 20 times for drinks to the point people were going and grabbing their own water/ pop, because no one was at the bar. No water was refilled at the table. Hello everyone, I recently tried this restaurant based on recommendations from many friends who said the chicken was good. However, I have to give it just one star because the sauce they used was excessively salty. They served white rice, which I’m not sure is common in Portugal—I could be mistaken, but it didn’t seem right to me. The potatoes also appeared to be simply sitting in oil and weren’t roasted at all. I've experienced a variety of Portuguese cuisine, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I've tried various Portuguese dishes, but this experience was disappointing. I can't understand how this place has a 4.5-star rating; the food certainly didn’t warrant such a high score. While the prices were reasonable — we ordered four drinks and two large takeout meals — I ended up having to throw the food away because of its poor quality. I didn't even enjoy the chicken, as it was too dry. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience.

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant! I'm from the Minho region, so I know good Portuguese cuisine, and this place did not disappoint. The staff provided excellent service, and the dishes were delicious. It's a great spot to visit if you appreciate Portuguese food.

This is my ?go to? Portuguese restaurant. The food is definitely great, especially the Portuguese grilled chicken which is the absolute best. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. I will be back soon!

The atmosphere was fantastic! Staff were so attentive and made our experience fantastic. The food made us feel like it was home cooked and made with love. We will for sure return.
