Mi's Korean Kitchen

Delicious! I love that Mi clearly makes her own sauces and they are so balanced and tasty. We tried: Spicy Rice Cakes 떡볶이 , which was lightly sweet, really good flavor, and spicy. Usually, good sauce is thick but the flavor ranges and doesnt nexessarily get into the rice cakes. Mi's was soupier AND deeper flavored, so there's no burn left on your lips.The kids and adults liked the crispy dumplings kimchi and pork . They're really savory and have a crunchy casing and the inside isn't meatball like. And that was a nice surprise for me. We ordered a variety of dishes from the clear noodles, bulgolgi bowl with sweet pork, the pork Mandu dumplings and the Korean fried chicken wings. Everything was really good and my husband said the wings are damn good. He’s hard to please when it comes to ordering out so it was a win. Even if you’ve never tried Korean food go for the wings or fried chicken to start. You won’t be disappointed. The other thing is in this area Macungie, Foglesville, Emmaus, Trexlertown, Breinigsville, there’s a lack of local ethnic eateries- come support this place so that we aren’t stuck with only chain places to dine at. We need to keep places like this and others in operation.

I always love getting food from Mi 's. The KFC will ruin other fried chicken for you because it 's so good. The owner is such a nice person, too!
