I hosted some out-of-town guests this weekend, one of whom is vegetarian (along with my son), so I turned to Yelp for recommendations and chose this restaurant. I’m glad I did! We arrived for lunch on Sunday at noon and enjoyed a wonderful meal. We ordered the vegetarian pho, eggplant dish, fried rice, and shaken beef. For appetizers, we shared spring rolls, egg rolls, and a California roll. To drink, we had the mojito lemonade and a strawberry refreshment whose name I can’t quite recall. Been here quite a few times. If you are looking for a vegetarian or vegan spot, this is the place. The garlic noodles are we always order. It has been consistently great. It 's made to order and piping hot when it comes out. On top of the noodles we usually get a new dish to complement the garlic noodles and we haven 't ran into a dish that was bad. Obviously if you are a meat eater, their meat will never substitute the real thing. However, the meats here are very good and distinct to what it is supposed to be on the flavor profile. 5 stars!

Probably the best vegan food I've ever eaten. I wasn't even expecting it to be so good. It was like some full on gourmet stuff. We ordered the buffalo wings and egg rolls as an appetizer, and orange chicken and garlic noodles with vegan meats as entrées. Really good stuff. Wasn't expensive at all either. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 for taste and presentation, and the service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5. The food and service here are outstanding! I dined in for dinner, and the meal cost around $10–20 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, along with the service and the atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Soy BBQ Pork Roll, Buffalo Wings, Garlic Noodles, Thai Soup Special, and Garlic Fried Rice. There is plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot.

Mitasie has quickly become my husband’s and my favorite vegan restaurant in Orange County! We dine here at least once a week and have tried about half the menu so far; everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. Not a single dish has disappointed us. The service is always quick and friendly when we dine in. We’re so happy to have discovered this gem!

Mitasie consistently offers the best food around! I absolutely love the Pho noodles with a mix of plant-based proteins. The food quality is always top-notch, and the service is reliably warm and inviting. It's my favorite vegan restaurant, bar none!
