Sushi On Fire - Reserva de mesa

I highly recommend this sushi restaurant! The menu features a wide variety of both cooked and raw sushi options. The sushi entrees and appetizers were absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous, leaving us with plenty of leftovers. The plating was beautiful, and the service was outstanding—our server (who appeared to be the manager, though we didn’t catch her name) was excellent. The entire staff made sure to refill our drinks and quickly clear away dirty dishes, which we greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely return to this spot on our next visit to California! The rolls we ordered and loved included the Bird roll, 3 Companies, Pink Lady, Spider roll, Super Vegas, and SOF.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! The host, staff, and owner are all very friendly. I will definitely keep coming back or ordering takeout. I enjoyed the spicy garlic edamame, miso soup, wontons, and tempura vegetables, which were perfectly crispy and retained the fresh flavors of the veggies. The "3s Company" sushi bowl is fantastic with its amazing dipping sauce—make sure to mix it up before dipping! The 76 roll was decent; they have better rolls on the menu, but it's still worth a try.

Hell yeas !! This place is amazing. The sushi is FIRE ! I highly recommend this place. Obviously, in Huntington Beach, parking is hit and miss. But it is what it is. But this place is now my favorite sushi spot. We tried various rolls while on our double date. And they were ALL delicious.

Servers were not concerned about our order or came back to check up on us seems like they might have been low on staff that day. But the food was great ? They have gluten free tamari and are somewhat knowledgeable of gluten. The sushi rice was terrible and the sashimi was ok. Seems like this place is for tourists who don’t know good sushi. Service was fast and there’s a nice outdoor seating area. Dietary restrictions: Gluten

I visited this restaurant twice and both experiences were excellent. The food is fantastic and the service is quick. It's a great value in a prime location. They are also very kid-friendly and accommodating when it comes to allergies.
