We ordered the 4 person Ohana Pulehu chicken meal did take out and what a disappointment. Got burnt up over dried chicken for over $40. This place is getting worse every time.. most times they are out of their most popular chicken or the wait time is long even if you order online and place the estimated time of pick up. We have sometimes waited 20 mins after estimated time for pick up. Just a very badly run establishment.. we keep ordering in the hope it will get better as we love the Pulehu chicken.
Delicious food, perfect for takeout! I tried the mini mix plate with two meats: pulehu chicken and katsu chicken. Don’t forget to pair it with the teriyaki sauce—it’s a must! The staff here were incredibly friendly. I usually reserve five stars for exceptional experiences, but the service here earned that extra star. Emily, in particular, had the brightest smile and was very helpful in answering my questions. I will definitely return!
Great food, large portion sizes. Great deal for the price. I only wish there was a drive thru option. My family really enjoys this place, usually the food is so quick we can get in, order and take the food home within 10 minutes. There is rarely a line to wait in. Although the parking lot is deceiving. With an event space nearby, the parking lot is usually full, and it always looks like there is going to be a wait for your food.
Not impressed. The tempura shrimp were cold in the center even though they had just come out of the fryer. The pork was tasteless and lacking seasoning. I noticed some customers were getting sauce, but I’m not sure if it was available or if I had to request it. Very disappointing service. Pickup order placed for 7:30pm. Arrived on time. Was not greeted at pickup counter for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of being ignored, I was helped and told my ticket wasn't there. I waited 15 mins for my food only to discover at home that the steak that I was charged $1.50 extra for was not included in my order.
It seems like when we go to this location the food is always over cooked and tough as hell. Today the steak is extremely well done and so tough I can, bearly eat it without choking. The employees always semm like they are glazed over helping us and just want to joke around with CO workers. Like before it's this location.
