I have visited this restaurant twice, and both times I only tried the Mochi donuts. During my first visit, the service was decent, albeit a bit slow. The donuts had a nice chewy texture, but the flavor was a bit underwhelming. However, during my second visit, the restaurant was crowded and the service was terrible. There was only one untrained staff member handling orders, which resulted in a long wait time and a messy process of transferring donuts from the display to the box. The donuts were also greasy and not as enjoyable as I had remembered. Overall, the service at this place really needs improvement.
I was surprised to see that three donuts cost nearly $10. These items could easily be made using a machine. Despite this, I would be willing to pay that price for well-crafted, large donuts. However, the ones I received were not fresh and had a strange taste. The "nussellendonut" didn't even contain nuts; it was coated in chocolate. The black sesame donut was the most enjoyable of the three, but that's not saying much. I won't be returning, as there are much better donut options elsewhere.
Donuts and tea are phenomenal. The product is great but service is VERY slow. Walked in my second time, was in line for 15-20 minutes and just walked out. The lady in front of me was there for 25 minutes and her order wasn’t even taken yet. Will change to 5 stars when service is faster.
The donuts at this restaurant were tasty, but I did not receive the correct ones I ordered, except for one. I was not informed of any substitutions, but we still enjoyed the ones we received. Additionally, the receipt in my bag did not match the items in my order.

I only tried the mochi donuts, so that's all I can comment on. The range of flavors was lovely and they were larger and denser than I expected! My favorite was the Vietnamese coffee flavor. It's a nice little spot.
My friends and I were pleased with our order at this restaurant. The mock donuts were delicious. However, we were not fans of the plain mochi and would have preferred if they had more variety of flavors available.
Delicious! I’ve come back a few different times to try different flavors because they are often sold out. Love that even the last few remaining mochinut are still soft and chewy.
The boba is sooo good here love the Matcha one. The donuts are amazing too. Original and Churro are definitely a favorite.

The donuts were of very good quality, but I was hoping for the dirty chai to be less watery and bland.
