I really love the restaurant concept they have. I walked in and was met by a statue of Michael Myers from the horror films. Place was clean but kinda dark and drab in the building. Now to the total disappointment of food. I had been wanting to eat here for almost a year and finally found the time to stop. I just had a basic burger with fixins and pepper jack cheese. My husband and I came here today for a couple appetizers and a monster shake around 12:30 pm ! when we walked in we were immediately welcomed in and seated ! Our waitress took our order but some how accidentally wrote the wrong appetizer and when she brought it she realized that wasn't what we wanted but was really sweet about it and apologized ! In the area today and my family decided to try out this place out. We all got the Freddy Chicken Fingers plate. Our Chicken fingers definitely look like they were out of a freezer box! The fried pickles and onion rings were decent, they bring out this Toxic Sauce that is green. The toxic sauce was okay as longed you didn't look at it. I ordered sweet potato fries, the biggest portion was soaked in grease! The waitress was friendly but she never seem concerned about why I had those grease soaked fries in a pile. Our waitress never even discussed how our meal was. We ended up getting a shake, when we finally got it, it was so melted it was running down the mug! This place could use some help!
We were driving through Morristown and were hungry but didn't want to stop at a typical chain restaurant. We drove by this place and decided to give it a try. We were thinking monster burgers as in very large not a monster themed restaurant. We really didn't expect much when we walked in. The staff was friendly and quickly seated us. We ordered a milk shake, two of the specialty burgers, and tater tots. The chocolate milk shake was great, one of the best I have had. We both really liked our burgers as well. My wife said it ranked up with some of the best she has had. We really loved the food and the staff was great. We will stop again next time we are in town.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday morning before noon and found it not crowded, which allowed us to be seated immediately. I was particularly impressed with the customer service. Our waitress was very helpful and patient as we asked numerous questions about the menu options. There was a wide variety to choose from, and I ultimately decided to create my own hamburger. It arrived exactly as I had ordered and was delicious. We ended our meal with a shake, which was also very tasty. We will definitely be returning. I noticed some negative reviews, but we had a great experience and are excited to come back soon.
I visited this restaurant when it first opened and wasn't very impressed. The experience felt a bit cheap, and the Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese was overly salty. However, I decided to give it another chance, and I'm glad I did! This time, although the service was a bit slow, the food was absolutely delicious. They really redeemed themselves for me today, and I'm definitely planning to return. The Insidious Italian and the Diablo fries were fantastic. My only complaint this time was that sides are charged separately, and the food took longer to arrive than expected. Overall, it's a great spot for families.
I went here with my little sister for a fun dinner. I was VERY disappointed. First of all, after practically begging to be seated, our waitress didn't show up for another ten minutes. We ordered the cheese fries for an appetizer. They were nothing short of DISGUSTING. When our entree came, a burger with fried pickles and onion rings, I was again dissatisfied. The only thing that was truly edible out of our entire meal that cost a whopping $50 for two people was the tater tots that we were charged for but didn't order. I will not be back and I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We built our own burgers. One was Angus beef and the other was pulled pork. They were so amazing. We got the mozzarella appetizer and it was the absolute bomb. We ordered the parmesan mac and cheese as our side to share and we werent really feeling it, the pesto was a little strong and the cheese was a little bland so it tasted kind of werid to us but thats how it goes with trying new things sometimes. Our server was great and food came out really quick though. The ascetic of the restaurant is really cool. Worth checking out for sure.

Everything was great! All staff was friendly and attentive. Vibe and decor were great. Ordered the Flamin' Mozzarella Sticks and they were huge, definitely looked homemade. I got the Buffalo Chicken Totchos and husband ordered the Mothman Buffalo Burger. I also got the Cookie Monster Shake. Everything was delicious and a lot of food for the price.
