Will not be going back. The service is bad and slow. No one came to check on us after we got the food. One plate was delayed in the back due to a “mishap”. I don’t know what that even means but that’s what we were told. Then that item came incorrect. The burger had no mayo even though we asked for it. You had to ask for everything when you actually could flag someone down which wasn’t easy. We asked for straws for our drinks when the drinks came, they brought only one, we had four ppl. Three had burgers and fries and when we asked for ketchup they brought only one in a small dipping container, and didn’t even ask the others if they wanted it also. You have to ask for every little thing which...
It was not impressed with the food nor service. My food came 15 mins before the rest of my party and when their food finally came it was cold. The waitress knew that we had been forgotten when she noticed only I had my food. The appetizers were brought for sharing without side plates. The waitress came by 3 times only. The service was horrible. I would not recommend this restaurant and we made the decision never to return.
we ordered our drinks, they did. the waitress took our order and then did not see it really 35 minutes again. got another drink, eating came almost an hour later. the 80th birthday of my father was his kartoffel cold, so were my men, my brother huhn was overcooked and dry. there was no salt or pfeffer on the table. No one came to ask who it was. it was very disappointing overall. also no vegetarian options.
we went in, they should have known that we had a reservation for this time. we stood by the door and no one came to the host table. there were two waitresses talking back and they ignored us. I know montanas has good food, but comes on young. we went to end because when they go to a restaurant they should be welcomed.
