The staff were very friendly and the restaurant has a great location. Unfortunately they are badly let down by the quality of the food. My husband ordered a pizza which resembled a frozen pizza, and not a good one at that. I ordered the prawn...linguine which appeared as if it had been made some time ago. It was stodgy and the prawns were rubbery. Our boys both had chicken nuggets from the kids menu. Neither finished their meal which is unheard of their view was that the chips were terrible (their words, not mine). I visited Montys in early June with 5 friends (table of 6) and it was extremely busy. The restaurant itself had a great vibe about it and we were seated in the outdoor area. There was live music in the square which was lovely to...sit and listen to whilst talking amongst ourselves. The service itself at the restaurant was friendly with the drinks order taken and delivered quickly, the food on the other hand was extremely slow. It took about 45 minutes from the starters being taken away to the mains arriving at the table (we did need to prompt them regarding the food it had taken that long). That being said, when the food did arrive it was great!!

montys is the place where we can not wait to go in our first night also tradition to go in our last night. it is the perfect place to enjoy the amazing vale do lobo praca music atmosphere and safe environment for all especially children. the quality of food service is always perfect with so much choice to suit everyone who is something to be proud when they see how busy they are. the personal always treats everyone as they are the only ones that are important, and the children love the waiters as they have so much fun with them (even if they have run off from their feet) cocktails are also delicious we cannot wait to return Reserva una mesa ahora

The entertainment in the square which is for all venues is far too loud and we had to ask for the volume to be lowered as we couldn’t hear the staff or ourselves talk or think. The food is ok but nothing special. The waiting...staff seemed to be slow and arguing between themselves. Large groups of children jumping about and dancing which is fine if you are a parent of a small child but this isn’t what you can call a venue for an older family or a romantic evening. Someone in Vale do lobo needs to rethink what they are creating as it all felt very Benidorm and that’s not what you expect in the golden triangle.

We eat here once or twice every year, and the food is always at an acceptable level. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating, and it is the perfect location for enjoying the live singing/dancing every evening on the Praca. Thursday night is the big...night for kids, so book your table in advance, and chose one at one of the exit points so your little ones can come and go throughout the evening without causing problems for the other diners. Best meal we had all week on our holiday amazing prawn linguine and good quality burger (although the bacon was too fatty! . Excellent selection of wine. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food came in a good amount of time. We didn’t have to book...and we would return! If you’re going early evening take a jacket as it did get chilly quickly! Reserva una mesa ahora

Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant Staff , food and atmosphere all great , throughly recommended. Been several times and every visit been great well done to all the team.

beautiful restaurant, all very satisfied with our meals. would recommend for families and couples. we will definitely be back.
