Morton's The Steakhouse

Over the years, we've had the good fortune to dine at a lot of fantastic steakhouses, but the Capital Grille consistently delivers! We were commemorating our anniversary at the time. Our server asked us if we were celebrating an occasion when we were seated (as they normally do), even though we hadn't mentioned it in advance. She quickly returned with champagne and table decorations. The manager came by to wish us happy anniversary and chat while we were eating, and they provided a very delicious dessert sampling after dinner. Despite being quite crowded, they still provide this level of service and consideration, which distinguishes the Capital Grille and makes it our preferred steakhouse.

OMG!!! DELISH DELISH DELISH!!!!! We were celebrating my 60th birthday. My husband and I spilt the chopped salad. Omg so good!!! We each had the filet. Cooked yo perfection! I swear you could cut it with the fork. We shared a loaded baked potato! Best baked potato I have ever had!! Omg I almost forgot the fresh hot bread! Made my eyes roll back in my head! I ordered the crem Brule and my husband ordered the chocolate cake! I swear it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Our compliments to our server Dave and to the OUTSTANDING CHEFS!!! Thank you all for the best 60th dinner we could have ever had!!!

My sister made a last-minute reservation for three and 24 hours later we’re still talking about the meal. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. We shared the sundae that had a brownie base which we assume was made fresh to order since the sundae takes 20 minutes to make (which they tell you when you order it). Well worth the wait!

Simply put…the worst experience at a high end steakhouse. Took two hours get our food and the manager came out twice and each time gave us another excuse. Always had great times here, but what has happened to this place??? Does this look like a medium steak?

Delicious meats and ambiance. Much better than Sullivan's. Lamb and ribeye was exquisite. Lobster cold or broiled was perfect.
