Atmosphere and patio are nice, and servers were friendly. However... We ordered three appetizers, drinks, 4 entrees, and 2 desserts. One item (salmon) was undercooked, one item was inaccurate (wrong beef item), and several items (vegetable dish, two appetizers, and one dessert) had little to no flavor. It's a pretty setting, and one of the desserts was quite good, but overall the food just..... Was not good at all.
Ordered online, so unable to rate the atmosphere. Order was ready on time. However, borscht was a joke: too sweet broth with giant pieces of cabbage. Dumplings dough was tasteless and chewy. Czar medallion supposed to have a mushroom gravy, but had a dry cheesy covering with no taste of mushrooms, pork was dry and tasteless. Do not recommend.
There is everything to love about Moscow on the Hill; the service and ambiance go without saying, but the food is something everyone must experience!!
Fantastic patio, not seen from street so a hidden gem! Vodka drinks are the marquis items. Everything else is in service of that, as it should be. ; Reserva una mesa ahora

Best martinis ever. We love this place, especially after an event. The food is delightfully ethnic and a change of pace.
Great dumplings! Homemade horseradish vodka. Delicious Cubano. Love their patio. And the service was excellent!
