A historic ship with gorgeous views of the water, actually amazing food and phenomenal service. Everything about this experience was top tier. We got to pick a restaurant week menu with an app, main and dessert for $60 amazing value. We had the freshest biggest shrimps in a homemade cocktail sauce. The salt and pepper calamari was a little over salted but it was the stand out of this entire meal. The calamari came on a pickled slaw, the flavor combination was magic. We tried the braised beef, it was alright, but the Brussels really stood out. We had a crab cake on the side it wasn’t a bit blank, almost all crabmeat, and burnt on the bottom. Food was amazing… service was impressive there was a private party on the Deck so the boat was pretty full. I would like to go back when it’s less busy. I drove from New Jersey and hit traffic when we called the front desk there was no answer and when we finally reached someone to explain we were in traffic they advised they would need to give our table away if We were not there min after my reservation which I understandable but was very frustrating .. who wants to drive an hour to be turned away ? .. luckily when we arrived they still seated us and gave us a great waiter who kept us very entertained. The NY strip was perfect… I like my steak medium well and it was perfectly burgundy
Decided to try this place for a date night. The ship is beautiful. Food was good, service was great. I just expected a more “upscale” dining experience as opposed to a metal table and chairs. We did eat outside on the deck, it sure what the interior tables looked like.
I enjoyed the food but was disappointed because my group planned to experience Restaurant Week found out once seated that for Moshulu it’s only Mon-Fri. Also we felt the portions were small for the amount we paid. Food was good as far as taste

We visited this weekend (9/23/23) from Albany, NY for our wedding anniversary and my wife was beyond happy and impressed! It was beautiful, food was delicious, staff was amazing and the energy was infectious. We will definitely be back.
My birthday dinner was amazing and Kevin the manager made sure to give my friends and I the best service ever. I would like to thank the moshulu and the staff for providing wonderful food and service. We can’t wait to return.
Moshulu is such a unique dining experience. We enjoyed the eclectic menu and the ambiance of the converted Tall Ship. We'll definitely be back.
