Went for the first time and I wasnt impressed. I expected better customer service for such a small and slow pace business. There were more employees then customers by far, and not one employee greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance.When I went to check out to the only open register the female cashier didn’t even say anything to me. She had her back towards me leaning up on the register as she watched me load my items. She also had headphones on and was texting while scanning my items. Once she was done I intentionally pretended to not be paying attention and look at my nails in hopes she would nicely acknowledge me or speak. Eventually she said “you can pay now”. Three and half stars for now. The market itself is great, lots of options, similar to Sprouts or Whole Foods in speciality brands. Staff is friendly and there was a very nice Grand Opening event. The cafe is very pleasant, with a large outdoor area. There are many veg options and I like how there are also dishes you can easily request to have veganized at no extra cost (using veggie meats or tofu in place of the usual item). It took quite a while for the orders to come out and we noticed they were getting other orders mixed up despite there being numbers on the tables. Please take note of the prices on the bill. This is not just an occasional oversight, so it may be a systematic issue. It can be frustrating to try to get a refund for a few cents or dollars, but if errors are frequently made, be cautious. The other products are good, but not a great value.

While there are some items that may be cheaper at other establishments, I still enjoy this restaurant. It is always clean with a good variety of options. The staff can be less friendly unless you are a regular, but they should strive to be kind to all customers. Reserva una mesa ahora

Cool place, but if you're Hispanic like me and don't normally shop here, just go for the deliveries. They all treat you like an alien, which is very unpleasant for Hispanics who are just trying to pick up their orders.

They have the freshest food there. I am big on customer service so I would like to see the cashiers greet you as if they're happy to see you when you check out...my only reason for a 4 star.
