If there is zero i would give to the manager the one with that orange or red t-shirt there , very rude, he know nothing of behavior or even business, he is a smirch to mountain mike's pizza He rather lose a client and his family and friends than amistake in his system of couple of dollars, He did chose to return us our money and cancel all the order instead of trying tolisten and solve the problem of his crew did, even we did try to re-order , he insisted not to understand the problem.
I got pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was good but the mozzarella sticks were cold. We waited for our food for like 30 mins because they said there oven broke down. They never came to update us of the delay in food we had to keep going to thecounter and keep checking with the cashier as to why the food is so late. Customer service is the worse and the kind of peoplecome to this restaurant is also not so pleasant.
They took 2 hours to deliver my food which arrived freezing cold and gross. I called to ask them to fix it, and the “manager” on the phone told me they’d issue a refund but won’t come pick it back up replace it. However, they never issued the refund. I called back in but the manager doesn’t return phone calls. Delivery from them is a waste of money.
Went to Mountain Mike's on Christmas Eve after a candlelight service event.We we're so hungry I hadn't had Mountain Mike's Pizza for over a year. That Mount Everest has always been my favorite. The Best service ever had on a pizzeria from start to finish. What's what I say Service keeps customers coming back for more. Food was great, better when you eat dine-in.Parking: Some what difficult due to Holliday Shopping.
took almost 2 hours to deliver. called to follow up on late delivery and got very nasty responses like we can cancel it after 2 hours of waiting!! Extremely unfriendly. received very cold pizzas in the end.
They have pinball! pizza is fine, salad bar is classic..... but yes most importantly they have a pinball machine like every good pizza place should.
