Mr. Dino's used to be my favorite spot for pizzeria-style pizza for many years. However, since the recent change in ownership, the quality has declined. I had a few disappointing pizzas, but I gave it another try not too long ago and ended up with an acceptable pie. It’s definitely not as good as it once was, but it's not terrible either—just pretty average. That's why I'm giving it three stars.
This is definitely one of the best pizza spots in all of Essex County. My husband was right once again! I feel really lucky to have found Mr. Dino's!
The pizza was awful—it was as chewy as rubber. I guess I shouldn't have expected much more since I placed my order only 30 minutes before closing.

This is a great local pizza spot. The Grandma slice is outstanding, and the staff is very friendly as well.

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
