I had a wonderful first experience at this restaurant. My server, Heather, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and well-informed about the menu and everything the venue offered. She even handled a situation with a disgruntled guest from another section who was being unreasonable and rude, showing impressive "damage control." Overall, it was a great experience, and Heather truly deserves all the praise. Her ability to turn around a challenging situation demonstrates that she is a valuable member of the team.

My husband had a wonderful birthday celebration at this restaurant. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The customer service was excellent—Lisa was particularly impressive, as she was very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. We will definitely be returning! It’s great that there’s a hotel next door; we might not make it home after all! (Just kidding!) Food: 5/5

Listen up! If you're a seafood lover, you absolutely have to check this place out. It surpasses every other crab and seafood restaurant I’ve been to. I highly recommend the king crab with their Mr. & Mrs. Crab sauce. If you enjoy a little heat, you can definitely count on them to spice things up perfectly. Walked in to a great atmosphere. Great spot to have some great seafood and watch your favorite football game on a Sunday after noon. My friend and I split the Big Eat, it was more than enough food and was very good. We will definitely be coming back.

Jaime is fantastic! He always gets my sometimes complicated orders right. He's the best! I highly recommend trying the special blend sauce here—it's incredible and packed with garlic (great if you're a fan of garlic in seafood). Food: 5/5
