I had a fantastic first visit to Mr. Puffs on a Sunday. The puffs were fresh, delicious, and had a wonderful crispy crunch. However, my experience was not the same when I returned three days later for a pickup order through Uber Eats—the quality just didn't meet my expectations. I decided to reach out to the store to share my feedback, and the person I spoke with was incredibly kind, understanding, and apologetic. They suggested I talk to Imani, and that turned out to be a wonderful choice. She was friendly and professional, and she quickly addressed my concerns. If you love soft, chewy donut holes with a crispy outside, this is the ideal place to indulge your cravings. Though we live in Chicago, we always make it a priority to visit Mr. Puffs when we’re in Toronto, especially at the Matheson location. The service is outstanding, and they reliably serve fresh, hot donut holes. Our favorite flavor is the original cinnamon sugar, and it's absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this spot to everyone.
