Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner

Went to the thanksgiving buffet at 4:00 pm. When we got seated and went into the dining area to fix our plates, the food was cold, the sternos were not even lit to keep the food hot. Most of the station looked like no one was wiping down the food stations. Our expectations were clearly not met during this dining experience. We were expecting the buffet to look like and have all the things that the guests had before we arrived. The buffet looked picked over and not very appealing. Many food choices were missing and mislabeled. The was no dessert except dried out cupcakes and sheet cake. No pie’s no other dessert choices as advertised. Our waiter was very nice. The food was disappointing. Food was cold. The Farmer potatoes were hard to chew. Food didn't have a lot of flavor. Turkey was probably the best thing we had. Salad was sad, pretty much just lettuce. Rolls were hard. Not a good meal for how much we paid. I just wanted to be honest in my opinion. Another thing I noticed was the poor lighting, I couldn't see well.
