I recently visited this store and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store was clean, bright and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing great recommendations. They were also very attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit.The sandwiches were absolutely delicious! I had the Turkey Club and it was packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Mr. Sub on Holland St. EAST is our favoured location. We've been in there many times over the years but the other night we ordered a Greek Salad for the first time. Well, this Greek Salad was amazing! It was incredibly fresh, tasty and enjoyable. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable in preparing the food, giving so many options. They really packed a generous amount of salad into the container.As usual, the restaurant was very clean and tidy and brightly lit including the little twinkle lights. It was very welcoming and warm.

The employees and management at this location engage in tipping scams, so be cautious. They’re the only Mr. Sub in Ontario that operates this way, forcing customers to accept an automatic 18% tip. The staff lacks professionalism, and it would be wise for ownership to take action.
