I made a stop here during a long ride from Charlotte and had breakfast. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and friendly, taking the time to ask about me and creating a welcoming atmosphere, especially for a quick to-go order. The service was prompt and the prices were very affordable. You can even get a breakfast for just $2, which includes grits, eggs, and toast. I opted for a sweeter breakfast and enjoyed the french toast, potatoes, sausage, and bacon, all of which were delicious. They also have amazing red velvet cake. A huge thank you to the cooks, servers, and hosts for making my 30-minute break during a long journey feel so comforting.
I stopped at this gas station on my way to Florence while on a Greyhound bus, craving some hot food. To my surprise, I found some tasty options here! The fried chicken and macaroni had great flavor, but the cornbread was truly exceptional. The sweet potato pie was a delightful addition as well; it reminded me of Patti LaBelle's pies! The only downside was that the macaroni was a bit oily, which is why I took away a star. However, you can't beat getting decent soul food, hot and ready, at a gas station for just a few dollars!
This store is very unpleasant. When I mentioned to the cashier that the bathroom was in poor condition, she rolled her eyes and responded with a terrible attitude. The entire store is quite dirty. I won't be shopping here again. I'm very disappointed with the customer service I experienced today.
I ordered the roast beef sandwich with cheddar, but the roast beef was spilling out of the bun, and the cheese ended up all over the wrapper they used for my sandwich. However, the sandwich was delicious once I rearranged the meat back onto the bun.

Fantastic experience! The staff were wonderful, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast—definitely recommend the onion sausage! I also had a great lunch. I'm really glad I discovered this place and will definitely return!

The Rogerwood sausage was extremely disappointing. They really need to improve because this was unacceptable.
