Mt. Fuji has been the go-to sushi spot for my family and I, but lately, they have been letting us down with takeout, so we came here to see what it is actually like. When you come in, apart from the giant hibachi-viewing window, you will see the giant fish scales that will confused why they don't continue into a tail. Aside from that, ambiance is very casual and simple. The menu here is pretty straightforward and includes the typical Japanese-American dishes and some more inspired menu items. Great hibachi experience!The food was delicious and the portions were large. The drinks were refreshing but without the expected decorations on the glasses. The chef was experienced and we had fun.The areas that could be improved: too loud. Install noise dampening panels on the ceiling and tell that one chef that bangs the table, that they could hear it across the street, that's how loud it was please remove empty glasses/drinks faster. The sushi roll we ordered was the best roll we've EVER had (me and my daughter). But the rest of the food made us wish we hadn't ordered anything else. It's tough to find the right rating in this kind of situation. We would like to go back, but definitely only for rolls. Also the rolls were about 15% higher than most places but again, we would go back, and probably order just all rolls. The spiderman roll was the one that knocked our socks off. Just thinking of it makes me drool.
The only thing this place has going for them is that you don’t have to have a reservation. The service was mediocre at best, the food was awful, the sushi had imitation crab cut into huge chunks, jalapeño cut into huge chunks, cubes of cream cheese and was all around terrible. I would never eat here again and absolutely do not recommend anyone waist their money on this establishment either.

This place never disappoints. The fried rice is the best I have ever had, truly. Hibachi shows are great and so delicious. Sushi is up there with the best I've had in Colorado. Only con is they are packed on the weekends but I think that says how good they are more than anything.
I've been going here since I was a little girl, and the food is absolutely amazing. The people are so friendly and have memorized our orders. Super accommodating. AMAZING FOOD!!!Food: 5/5

Greasy and cold tempura, slow service, filthy restrooms. Very disappointing will not be back.
