I have to say we enjoyed our evening here at Mucho Mexicano. The service was spot on except for the fact our food was a little late on arrival, but this could be forgiven as it was a Sat night & we were quickly offered a table despite it being crowded. The food was tasty & came in generous portions. The chilli poppers (stuffed Jalapenos) came in a crispy crumb & were nicely spiced. My main was a vegetarian selection with lots of pumpkin olives tomatoes & feta. Drinks were good we had Sangria & could taste the liquor & wine. Colourful bright decor with a jovial atmosphereoh & loved that habanero sauce

Bring your big wallet Decent mexican food, with generous portion sizes. They used to have decent chilli sauces but have reverted to the standard El Yucateco (which, interestingly is no longer a radioactive green colour as they have adopted only natural colourings As per most of the South Bank restaurants, this one is priced for the tourists. The lunchtime burritos are a bit more affordable at $14, and better than your standard Guzman y Gomez variety. The beef enchiladas are very tasty as is the pulled pork nachos (but for the latter, bring your appetite) Please bring back the El Cielo sauces!!!
Very underwhelming. Service was slow, the staff were inattentive and the Mexican is mostly of an old El Paso burrito mix standard. Good - enchiladas and tacos, but still nothing special. Serving negro modelo. Bad- The 'tostadas' are more like corn chips, not tostadas. Serving is tiny. Ugly- the chicken wings were bland and not even crispy...who f*cks up chicken wings? Finally, the staff won't do basic math, they have a ridiculous split bill policy and claim that 'nobody in the world uses cash anymore', yeah the majority of the world lives on under $5 a day and uses pay pass. Numpty.
My family and I had lunch today at Mucho Mexicano because we were wanting to try this restaurant for a while and we are so glad we did because our food was delicious. I had the beef quesadilla and the fries with aioli to share, while my partner had the beef nachos, my mother in law had the pulled pork nachos, my brother in law had the beef fajitas and finally my sister in law had the pork tacos. Each of our meals were extremely tasty and filling and we had a lovely man serving us explaining each meal. Can't wait to come back here again! Reserva una mesa ahora
I came to an early dinner with friends, but the company was much better than eating. the beef enchiladas were dense and tasteless, it felt very unpleasant to eat. the only thing I liked at the court was the tear that was light, cingy and spiced. chips and guacamole were decent. I don't think I'd come back because this restaurant seems to be a bit of a tourist trap, and since such is quite overpriced. I would not say that the high price tag is justified by the quality of food.
Dining with friends before a movie. We arrived and were seated quite quickly, after that service was a little slow. They were a little busy but think we were forgotten. Portion sizes were very strange - a friend's nachos could have fed a family of 4 but the our tacos were on the small side. Despite this everything was tasty and everyone sharing meant we were all well-fed.
the atmosphere is beautiful, it is covered, but quite busy. eating is okay, nothing very special. the nachos order last time and was satisfied with taste, fresh and portion, but cocktails were meh and overall the menu is overpriced.
If you are hungry, go the 'Mother of all tacos' roast chicken...filling, yummy and add some sangria to the mix...a real Mexican cum Brisvegas experience. Reserva una mesa ahora
great location, but the service lets the kitchen down; the personal is not familiar with the menu. I could get them another one.

"The pasta at this restaurant is fantastic, the service is good, but the prices are a bit on the higher side. The gnocchi was particularly delicious, but there are other more satisfying options available for the same price."

"The food was tasty. But everyone at our table immediately felt very ill. Almost instantly. The salmon was also a little to raw. The meat was quite a fatty cut"
