My Indigo Stores Staatsbrücke

Great fresh & healthy salad, noodle, soup & curry options at this chain store. I ate here several times while in Salzburg as was I need of some nutrient rich vegetables. Very reasonably priced but some dishes could do with a bit more seasoning (they do have available so can add yourself) I ate at the Munich branch on my trip which was also good.

I searched for a place to eat after my first choice for a restaurant closed and saw this place, the seller was extremely nice and spoke english well, the food was very good and the price (10 euro for a curry and beer) was fair.If I'll ever be in salzburg again I'll definitely return!

My Indigo is a light and refreshing change of pace from heavy central European cuisine. If you are several days in to a Bavarian Bender, you should stop at My Indigo for lunch one day just to refresh and to taste a vegetable that isn't sauerkraut.

Nice music, lovely fresh food and nice ales. I had a Raschhofer Pale Ale and my wife a Raschhofer Porter. Both excellent. Nice to drink a beer here with super cool music. Nice and friendly staff too. Excellent!

Found this cute place. If your vegetarian this is your place. Had a great tomato bolognese made with soy inside of meat. Inside super cute and workers were friendly and spoke English!
