First off the low rating on the service is not on the server (Yun). Yun is the best server and I’m putting this out there. On 1/4/24 the server sat us down and threw the utensils on our table like we were supposed to organize them or something. They would give off a sigh ever time someone would ask for their attention and would roll their eyes and would get distracted that they have to do their job. Apparently you get paid for standing around nowadays. Apart from the horrible attitude I really enjoy the food.
I went bcd in Fullerton…. I was visiting from New York but I used to live here a. Cali I ordered kimchee tofu and my mom order soybean noodle … my tofu was so salty and there was nothing in it. The side dish all salty too. One thing I realized about California too experience and lost it’s way of service only on people’s mind is money. I bill came to over $65 for two dish. It’s not I playing for gourmet food simply k food gave them 20 percent tip even service was bad. Not going there again
For some reason, the managers and workers never smiled. The rice was soggy and not steamed, and the kimchi beef soft tofu stew was just like kimchi stew. I can’t believe the service we experienced here. When we asked for more napkins, the server complained in Korean that we were being too demanding. He also nearly splashed water in my daughter’s face while pouring it into her cup without saying a word. They roughly tossed the small dishes onto our table. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had!

My wife and I went with some friends. I was happily surprised. Food was fast and good. When it is busy it is very loud. I had the short ribs, with a whole fish,kimchi, sprouts, and a tofu soup that you put in a whole uncooked egg at the table. It is all traditional Korean cooking.
The soft tofu at this restaurant has the same flavor as chili oil—nothing more, nothing less. The side dishes were equally disappointing, lacking any taste. While we were eating, everyone agreed it was really bad. I only went there to satisfy my hunger. ㅠㅠ
I was disappointed by the young manager's horrible attitude regarding their short staffing. Customer service should be a priority, even when short-staffed. I hope the owner is aware of this issue.
The food has no flavor, I ordered for pick up and when I got home I was disappointed, it was too expensive and not what I expected.

Me and my friends used giftcard to pay the food and suddenly workers started being rude to us. Worst service ever.
Great options! Sooo much food! I had cold noodles for the first time and they were delicious!
