First time going to this restaurant. The Italian beef!! Is so good, that is better than portillos, like literally hands down. I'm coming from Rockford and I think this the place I wanna go again for that. The fries, they're really good. I gotten a strawberry shake and that was so amazingly good. Definitely a great portion size. Is so worth a try for sure, no doubt. It was fresh!! I ordered a small size fries and a drink so believe me, it is a very good portion. First of all, this place is expensive for fast food. So I expect to be served fresh food especially considering what they charge. My frustration comes from ordering a slice of cheese pizza. I didn’t notice the problem until I got home so it was too late to rectify it with the restaurant. They served me a slice of cheese pizza that was probably sitting out for 10 hours. It should have NEVER been served to anyone, especially considering what they’re charging. Serve fresh food or tell customers you’re out of something. Don’t serve them something old and inedible.
