Had a free voucher of 1/4 chicken meal when purchased 1/4 chicken meal.Basically buy one get one free which was good deal. Went for a takeaway order at Nandos Derrimut Village,Deer Park Vic. First of all took so long to order as all the staffs were busy in the kitchen. I order 2 different sides colesaw and chips .Wait time was 10 minutes.Came back after 10 minutes to pick up the order -Not ready yet. Waited another 5 minutes and had to ask at counter if the order is ready.Then got told that they don’t have colesaw and asked me if I would like something else. What a good monitoring of stock? And telling customer that product is not available when is is time to pick up. Staff even didn’t bothe...
This Nando's location does not adhere to its stated dining hours. I've noticed that they start packing up and cleaning the entire restaurant an hour before closing, and then they only offer takeout. Many customers, intending to eat in, end up leaving and taking their business elsewhere. I urge the owner of this branch to hire staff who are genuinely willing to work. This is the only Nando's branch in Melbourne that behaves this way.
Badest nando's ever.will never go back again only becaz one women (sound like owner)doesnt know how to care customers and know nothing about rules and regulations of food handling. Worst experience ever.
The place is very busy and popular. The incompetent owner still thinks it’s a good Idea to employ minimum staff. Waited 1 hour for the order. I guess saving money is more important.

The grilled chicken was not sliced properly by the staff, and I ended up sending it back. There was no flavor at all. Overall, I was very disappointed.
Very good Chef, cooked it pretty good and just look at presentation. You can tell his very passionate. Thanks Chef
Chicken was dry and very salty. Don't reckon I would ever have nandos again in the future
damaged service and will not recommend this. avoid these Nando’s. the personal is rude.
