Bad service and long waiting time. It took them 30 mins to serve an ice cream and 45 mins to serve a bento box, and the restaurant was not crowdedat all.. I was ordering food with the waiter and he suddenly turned his back to serve other tables, and it took him a few minutes to get back to me. The old waitress was very rude. I told her the waiting time was too long and she suddenly got irritated and said its just 45 mins! Come on, 45 mins for a bento box? Are you kidding me? The food quality is not good either. I only tried the shumai and sushi in the bento, and had to spit out both. For the food quality and quantity, the price is too high. Definitely a rip off. I will never go again!
I celebrated my husband's birthday here, and from the moment you walk in, you're surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff who anticipate your needs without being overbearing. As for the food, it is truly remarkable. Every bite is a delight to the senses. The sushi was fantastic, though I didn't have a chance to snap a photo. Kid-friendliness: they provided a booster seat when my toddler refused to sit in the high chair.
I have no idea if the food is good or not. I ordered basic sushi one hour ago and still haven’t gotten my food. The two very understaffed workers at the sushi bar haven’t stopped moving for a second, but they’re so short staffed it’s ridiculous.*edited to add that once the food did arrive it was quite good the wasabi tobikko was SO good and spicy, but we’ll never dine in again!
Food and ambiance was great. The server unfortunately was very inattentive. When one of our apps didn't arrive she said she forgot to tell us they ran out of it. We had to ask the bus boy for things our server forgot, like extra sauce on the side, for example. It took forever for us to get the check too.

When it comes to Japanese food Narita is my to go spot in forest hills, never disappoints I highly recommend it. The negimaki with fried rice delish also the teriyaki bento box ??
Wouldn’t recommend to anybody! Food was 2/5, customer service was terrible 0/5. Plenty of other better options! Go somewhere else!
The restaurant is consistently clean, offers excellent service, and both the drinks and food are exceptional!
