Entered here a young lady was waiting told me she had been waiting and ended up leaving empty ended. I continued to wait another young lady entered and was waiting and asked me if I was next told her I was waiting. She waited and wondered where was every body becuase you could hear several voices in the background of women laughing and conversation personal discussions. The young lady was tired of waiting grabbed a to go bottle from the outside fridge and left. I continued to wait only because I was not in a rush but the wait time was more than ten minutes there while the establishment was empty no person being serviced. I have visited this restaurant before and always enjoyed their smoothies and bowls. However, during my last visit, the wait was longer than usual. As I was on my way home, I noticed something off about my smoothie. After taking another sip, I felt something strange in my mouth and spit it out. To my dismay, I found plastic shards and chunks in my drink. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager who provided a refund and offered to remake my order. Although I appreciate their gesture, I was quite disgusted by the experience. I used to love this place, but now I advise extra caution when ordering the cold brew protein smoothie and double-checking for any missed blender caps.

Product is great but the girls that worked there about a month ago (haven't been back because of them) are rude and seem very unhappy. I asked a few patrons of a local gym if they went there and they said no because the same employees I mentioned are very unpleasant.

The acai bowls are fantastic at this restaurant! However, the staff is not very friendly. I visit every week and they never smile, always looking annoyed as if they are being bothered from doing something.

Rude staff. Listen to all of the bad reviews, not sure how they still have their jobs and I regret leaving a tip
