We were gifted a Nespresso Vertuo so we visited this store to see all the things we can do with it. The Glendale store is closest to us, about 2 hours away.As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted and offered a sample. We declined the sample but wanted to look around.I felt like we couldn't look around. We were asked what we were looking for. We didn't know. We just wanted to see what else was Nespresso.We were rushed into making a purchase and not given the chance to look around. I heard there was a milk frother? Didn't get to see that until after we bought something.I kept trying to look at the menu and the sales lady would pull it away from me and tap her nails on it as she was ex...
I love Nespresso coffees, but the experience of coming to the store has no benefit to just ordering online. There used to be staff giving out coffee samples when you're waiting in line, and they used to give 2-pack samples to take home with each purchase. They've always been busy and usually have a line, but lately, it's been constantly understaffed so there's a line longer than there should be, for the number of customers they have. Sometimes now you can get a sample to try, I presume if you ask, but with the wait already being what it is, it would feel rude to stand there sampling coffee while others just want to make a purchase. And they don't put a 2-pack sample in your bag anymore like...
I came in to get more pods for my machine. I was too lazy to order online. The store is located near the entrance of the outdoor mall. The staff was very helpful and gave me what I needed. The store itself is interesting, as it feels like a showroom. I wish they had more eccentric or interesting coffee tools/items available for purchase or something that makes it “fun” to visit. The only thing you can really do is look at the machines (which I have or buy pods. Maybe an artistic partnership would help (Lady Gaga coffee themed cups? . Again, I came for the pods and they were quick and efficient.
I live in Americana and I just stopped by to pick some coffee capsules.The shop looks nice and give me a coffee boutique vibe. They have many coffee machines displayed and I believe you can try some coffee too. The capsule menu is big and sometimes confusing. They have so many flavors and each cup size has it's own. I just wanted simple capsules with coffee with no added flavors. You can purchase minimum of 10 flavors each. Service was very quick on the weekdays I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Was out of an espresso coffee so took a real quick trip to the Glendale Nespresso boutique. Greg help me out and was one of the nicest guys that was very educated on coffee. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and gave me an expresso shot for the trip home. Then when I got home I saw he put a extra box of a variety of Nespresso pods. I was delighted. So glad that Nespresso boutique is in Glendale.
The staff was friendly and I thought I had a good experience until I went home. I bought 12 boxes of vertuo capsules, which should last me a long time. I found 3 of the boxes will expire in 2 months and I felt so disappointed because I trusted the sales man and he knew that this amount should last me several months, so I am give 3 stars for that reason.
Amazing customer service !!! I didn’t get the employees name but he was super knowledgeable and extremely kind . He likes Dark roast so you know who you are . I wish all employees would be like him in all the stores . I will definitely keep coming back for my orders here . 5 Stars

Always a pleasure coming to this store. Frequently staff, great selection of pods. Jessica is always our go to sales associate and is very knowledge in what she recommends is. 10/10
