After over 20 Years of Using This Takeaway in Upminster...Today was the Last Time! Placed The USUAL Order and Today instead if getting Number 66 Sweet and Sour Pork Hong Kong Style We Received 166 Roast Pork Cantonese Style..which We Don't like, I phoned Up to say they'd made mistake to be told My Husband Asked for IT... Rubbish!..I was Right Next to Him when He placed the order and He REPEATED it to the Woman... She Then offered to Send a Portion...but No Apology for the mistake. 3minutes later She Phone back Saying We had to PAY £5.40... I went on the phone and Said it was Their mistake Not Ours and I Expect What I paid for and Told Her if They Did'nt Want Our Custom thats Fine..I'll leave...

Collected our food as we couldn’t get through on the phone, waited about 20mins from start to finish, you could see the lady serving was flustered it was a busy rainy Saturday night and also Chinese new year, they were having problems with the delivery drivers so not the lady’s fault. Some irate people whilst we were waiting. However, the food was beautifully cooked hot and tasty, been our fave for years and will continue to be. All I will say is if you want it delivered be prepared to wait a while or for it to come cold.

Just ordered a takeaway from here. Very disappointed. It arrived cold. Very strange chilli beef. No flavour. Shared it with 4 people. I never said how bad it was until other people who were eating commented. Chow mien was like rubber. Sorry guys. What went wrong? Lady on the phone was so nice. Will not use you again

Been ordering from these wonderful people for 6 yrs now and their food is always amazing and service excellent. I got my food in 20 mins of ordering it. Piping hot and delicious. Thanks Guys! Delivery person always polite and smiling. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered via just eat.. didn't receive food after 2.5 hours of waiting had to drive and collect the order and it still wasn't cooked. Now they are rushing food is tasteless and NOT worth the wait. REQUEST A REFUND if Ordered online.

This was my fave Chinese takeaway but for some unknown reason every time I order from there they cancel my order now. No idea why slightly disappointed by it as there’s no reason to cancel the order. I’ll take my money else where.

Ordered 2 hours ago and still hasn’t shown up, tried to call multiple times but won’t go through! Edit; after 35 minutes of posting this, it finally showed up. Surprisingly still hot. But two and half hours is terrible
